Do you want to commit to a regular routine of classes and 1:1s? - book a full 2-hour health assessment and you will start your REAL Journey (see our Clean Bill and Top Form membership options below).
Do you want to Pay as You Go? - you just need a short assessment to ensure you are safe to exercise and to recommend appropriate class types and levels (see PAYG price list below).
Do you only need Physiotherapy or Sports Massage? - you can Pay as You Go for this too (see PAYG price list below).

This equates to £12.78 per session and great value at a minimum of 38% less than our menu prices

This equates to £11.43 per session and fantastic value at a minimum of 45% less than our menu prices
Any additional classes or 1:1 sessions will receive a 35% discount off our menu prices
• Prior to joining a Pilates or Physio-led Fitness class, all clients are required to have a Health Assessment.
• A Pay as you go assessment is £32 however free if 4 classes are to be purchased on the day of screening. A payment of £32 is to be paid if classes are not booked on the day of screening.
• For Clean Bill and Top Form membership the assessment is £250 however this is free when a membership is purchased on the day of the screening. However, if a membership is not purchased on the day of screening a payment of £250 is required to cover the cost of the 2-hour assessment.
• Classes are subject to cancellation and availability, we will always do our very best to ensure you are in a class which best suits you.
• A full cancellation will be charged if you DO NOT attend the class or fail to cancel within 24 hours notice of your booked class.
• All prepaid classes are valid for 1 month from the date of purchase and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• To guarantee a place, you must pre-book your place.
Our credits system gives you freedom to mix up your classes and sessions. Topping your credits up not only saves you money but gives you access to an even bigger variety of classes.
